Yes its still summer but already the first Christmas prints have arrived instore – advent calenders, Santa stockings, labels and many prints from Makower and Northcott. There will be more prints arriving in August and September.
Also instore are a small range of Indonesian batiks by Princess Mirah for Bali Fabrics, these are positive colours and designs on 100% cotton priced at £10 per metre.
As always we have a good range of carnival and fancy dress fabrics from satins, lace, sequins, felts to organzas and upvc coated interlock (groovy baby)

Spring is here and we have some wonderful new stock in. There are craft cottons from Makower, Lecien, and In the Begining fabrics. New furs, new cottons in checks, polka dots and poplin and vibrant batik cottons.
We now have the full range of McCalls spring patterns instore -these are well designed with comprehensive instructions for clothing, crafts, home decor and costumes.
From Makower we have the Cup-cakes range, Spring time, Classic Rose, Nautical, spraytime and white on white.
In the Beginning Fabrics have produced these wonderful heart shapes of flowers, birds and fruit within 15cm panels. There are 6 per width and cost £1.99 per 15cm/6in cut. It is also available in red.
With Easter nearly with us we still have some of Easter parade by Makower instore – make some bunting to celebrate!
Linen and cotton mixs have arrived – these are 150cms wide in plain colours of black, white, grey, hot pink, brown and olive green, these are £6 per metre and are machine washable at 30′
Hot summer prints are instore too; 97% cotton with 3% spandex to help with ease of movement priced at £10 per metre – perfect for retro summer dresses.

Exciting new ranges are in at Aberdashery: new craft cottons from Lecien have arrived, cosy fleece in 9 colours at £5.30 per metre and also some super-soft Baby-talk Fat quarters in flannel at £2.50 each.
Butterick See and Sew patterns are currently on a 40% promotion which means they are now only £1.80 each – this offer is only on for a limited period.
Christmas prints are being delivered instore this week – traditional reds and greens with silver and gold designs retailing at £4.99 per metre ( pic to follow). Gives you enough time to plan and make your Xmas gifts too.
King Cole wools are going strong – there is a new chunky yarn in Big Value; 100% acrylic retailing at £1.99 for 100gms plus the usual DK’s, arans, Sprinkles and Comfort DK and Chunky ranges.

New arrivals at Aberdashery this autumn are craft cottons from Lecien – some pretty Flower Sugar prints in rose and lemon retailing at £9.99 per metre
New Fat Quarters this month are Baby-Talk flannels retailing at £2.50 per sq metre (sorry Kaffe Fassett sold out)
